Referring to the minutes of the General Assembly meeting on Tuesday 11/29/1443 AH, the exemption and resignation of the member of the boards of directors, Ms. Fathia bint Hajad Al-Ghamdi and the member of the boards of directors, Ms. Al-Jawhara Bit Abdul Rahman Al-Ghosoun, and the replacement of Mr. Thamer Abdul Hamid Haddad and Mr. Intisar bint Abdul Karim Al-Qurashi were accepted and reconfigure the council.
